Promotions are an integral part of the Gracie Barra experience and are best conducted in a physical school setting where instructors can assess your skills in a comprehensive manner.

If you don't mind sharing, where are you located? We have Gracie Barra gyms worldwide, and there might be one closer than you think. We would love to help you find the nearest GB school if you're interested. 🌏
