A6 ➡️ A4 ✅ … A3 pants, you’re next. 👖🔥

Thank you for the love on the last post, the journey continues!

Just started private lessons with Professor Dudu and had the honor of a GB2 lesson from Professor Tussa last month. Truly inspiring and a reminder of why we train.

BJJ has changed everything for me. How I eat, how I move, how I think. Being half Filipino, stepping away from rice is no small task 🍚😂 but when you know training is on the calendar, you make better choices.

A3 pants is the next milestone. Not a diet goal. A lifestyle commitment. Train for life. Train for longevity. 💪

Also, check out the caricature I made using ChatGPT! Had to have some fun with it 😂🔥

Who else is chasing a milestone right now? Drop it below, I’d love to hear it. 👇

Alex Avila you can do it! It changes how I eat knowing I’ll be on the mat weekly. I’m half filpino so it’s hard because I love rice! But we got this! Keep in touch and follow me let’s share any tips you learn and I’ll share mine

From A6 to A4 - The Mats are changing this Dads life 🥋

Checking in from Northern California! I’m Kenny, and at 40+, I finally traded the boring weight rack for the mats at Gracie Barra Vacaville.

The journey has been a game-changer for my health, but the best part? My little one reminding me every day: "Daddy, keep working hard!" Pigtails, Pink Gi, and the words good job daddy keep this guy going.”

I’m looking to connect with others here who are using BJJ to healthy up their lives. And our on this community continually learning.

Where is everyone training from, and what is the #1 thing you love about your journey so far?

The Health and Wellness it brings for me, my mind body and soul!
