Obrigado Prof Daniel! I have never seen this variation of the Clock choke before. Next training I will try the cross grip on his wrist under his body. My opponent will not anticipate the Clock choke. Show de bola! 👍

Daniel Montardo It looks like my question about Relógio / Clock choke failed to post. In a future technique video, could you show some variations of grips. One hand is in the collar choking, but there are different variations of how to grip with your second hand. Please show your favorite Relógio variations. Obrigado!

I learned 3 new details from your Lasso Pass. Excellent instruction.

I like the "Relógio" or Clock choke when my opponent goes to Turtle to avoid the guard pass. There are different variations on how to grip with your second (non choking) hand. Could you please show some of your favorite Clock choke variations? Thank you!

I love the detail you showed on using your knee to pressure his arm with your knee. I didn't think about that before. Obrigado Prof Daniel

My request would be how to pass the Lasso Guard when the opponent has a solid lLasso hook.

Nice technique Prof Daniel 👍

I'm going to give this a try. It's similar to an armbar I do from Omoplata position

This triangle variation works for my short legs. Great variation 👍

I love the clarity of Prof Ana's instruction. Making the complex simple to understand
