Advice and Questions

I love all of the instructional videos! Being a one stripe white belt, I could certainly use the help. One thing I haven't been able to find, however, is defenses and counters to the techniques. Any idea where I could find those?

Thanks, Ryan Ritcey! I currently train at Gracie Barra Cedar Hill, TX. Professor Arnaldo is awesome! Made me feel welcome and made sure I wasn't overdoing it my first few weeks, now pushes me to be better every day!

New Guy in Town.

Hey everyone! I am still very new to this beast of a sport that I love so much. Just got the first stripe on my White Belt a month ago, then I got sidelined with injury and illness. I am a little older than new practitioners (44), and my goal is Black Belt. So happy to be part of such an amazing team!
