I think Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible tool for self-development. It allows us to embrace short-term challenges with long-term victories. This mindset has been helpful to me on and off the mat over the years. Curious about other people's opinions. What do you think?

I love all of the instructional videos! Being a one stripe white belt, I could certainly use the help. One thing I haven't been able to find, however, is defenses and counters to the techniques. Any idea where I could find those?

Hey everyone! I am still very new to this beast of a sport that I love so much. Just got the first stripe on my White Belt a month ago, then I got sidelined with injury and illness. I am a little older than new practitioners (44), and my goal is Black Belt. So happy to be part of such an amazing team!

beside the online classes what is included in all access membership? Do you get a Gi? Are you able to visit training centers in person? If so how many visits per month/year?

Hi folks, I've not yet started yet but I already have the BJJ bug and can't wait to be part of the Gracie Barra team. Could anyone tell me when week 1 starts again? I can't start until January due to an injury.
