Exciting news! Professor Alexandre Café, the CompNet USA Master Black Belt Champion, has agreed to create an instructional based on YOUR preferences! This will be a 2-part poll. This first poll will be to choose the position, and the second poll will be to choose the action (attacks, passes, etc.). Voting on the position will end this Tuesday at 12pm PST.

Hi Tyler, sorry to hear about the troubles. I'm having some trouble duplicating the issue. The correct technique information is listed under the "About" section for each technique on the website and apps when I check. Can you send an email to online@graciebarra.com with a screenshot so we can take a look please?

Jason Comstock Hi Jason! We have subtitles for all Portuguese-spoken videos. If you are on your computer, you can turn them on by clicking the icon to the left of the gear icon on the video player. If you are on the app, you can turn them on by clicking the icon on the top-right of the video player.

Will Harmon Thank you! That's a good suggestion. If you have any other feedback or more suggestions, please let me know.

David strawczynski Thank you for your feedback. The GB1 program available on GB Online is a standard curriculum taught across all Gracie Barra schools. If you need more detailed explanations or have questions about specific GB1 techniques, don't hesitate to reach out to your Professor, who can offer personalized guidance tailored to your needs. Keep up the great work!

Lewis Matthews You're right! The technique is applied when your opponent is advancing. However, the videos labeled "Training" are meant to be used as a companion video for those doing the full class on their own. And just like in class, the practice of techniques will have errors as we are learning. For proper instruction and drills, please refer to the "Instruction" videos by Prof Flavio Almeida. Your understanding of the technique is spot on though.

Thank you Morgan Hege for catching that! I will get that updated. If you see anything else like this, or have any feedback or suggestions, please let me know.

This was great. Thank you Professors!
