I can’t wait to start learning from Prof Flavio’s program again. It was really good. So happy to have it back!

Oss!

Tony It will be a separate app if they create one.

Hi antonioarmijo@ymail.com, BarraFIT was removed a couple years ago because it is becoming its own brand. They are working hard to create a unique experience for students. There will be more information coming in the months ahead.

Welcome!

Hey stuart.howser@yahoo.com, are you referring to GB1 - Class A - Technique 1? If you are, the arm should come up on the inside of the opponent's arm.

Hi Andrew, welcome! There is an instructional specifically on armbar escapes by Prof Tussa (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-fq1h7u9ipre?category_id=107971) and there are two other instructionals that may be relevant for you. One on posture inside the guard that can help prevent getting into submissions by Prof Braulio Estima (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-y4krkulewcw?category_id=107971) and side control escapes by Prof Victor Estima to help you get out of the position where attacks are common (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-ytz1nxvsl5m?category_id=107971).

I recommend following along the GB1 curriculum (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-nluiatg9ane) and adding in the the "White Belt Blueprint" and "Excelling as a White Belt" in the Welcome Package (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/welcome-package?category_id=112867) to give you a North over the next 3 months or so of training.

Welcome Andrew, congratulations on the first stripe! What school do you train at?
