One on posture inside the guard that can help prevent getting into submissions by Prof Braulio Estima (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-y4krkulewcw?category_id=107971) and side control escapes by Prof Victor Estima to help you get out of the position where attacks are common (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-ytz1nxvsl5m?category_id=107971). I recommend following along the GB1 curriculum (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/collection-nluiatg9ane) and adding in the the "White Belt Blueprint" and "Excelling as a White Belt" in the Welcome Package (https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/welcome-package?category_id=112867) to give you a North over the next 3 months or so of training.
