Congratulations!

Hi Mark,

The new GB2 by Café curriculum can be found here: https://online.graciebarra.com/programs/gb2-by-cafe?category_id=135483

A new week will be released each week as the rollout continues.

You can also find the full curriculum library here, including GB1: https://online.graciebarra.com/categories/curriculum

Just to clarify, the GB curriculum topics themselves have not changed. GB1 has not changed, and the GB2 structure/topics remain the same as well. The updates are related to the instructor and the techniques being taught within those weekly topics.

Thanks so much for the feedback Ace 🙏 These were actually some of the very first GB Online videos from almost 10 years ago 😅. I completely agree though, and over the years we’ve been making big improvements with camera angles and production quality to better show the details. Please keep the feedback coming anytime you have it, it really helps us improve. Really appreciate you sharing this 👊

Nice!

Hi Katya, I recommend reaching out directly to the GB Institute, which oversees the ICP program. Their team can confirm. You can contact them at institute@graciebarra.com

Hey Daniel, I don't believe this choke has a specific name. I would refer to it as a 2 Collar Choke from Technical Mount.
